Paul Dungan

Paul Dungan discovered his love for clay at age 15. In his Homer, Alaska studio, he makes his living as a potter and sculptor. Dungan studied under Toshiko Takaezu at Princeton University from 1976-1977. He also held an apprenticeship under Takaezu. He has served as a ceramics instructor at Kodiak Community College and the University of Alaska Anchorage. His work is in the permanent collections of the Anchorage Museum. He has had several public commissions and completed Artists-in-the-Schools residencies in Alaska.
