2025 Project Award

Jimmy Riordan will develop a year-round outdoor exhibition space/studio for the creation and presentation of experimental temporary sculptures, projection and video-mapping projects and works-in-progress. He plans to collaborate and maintain this outdoor space with other artists and will continue to operate his custom-built bookmobile used as a mobile venue and free library.  

When asked what he would like the public to know, Riordan responded, “As part of my work as an artist I run a bookmobile that I use as a mobile venue and free library. I hope that other artists will be able to use the space to work on outdoor artworks in progress.”

2015 Project Award

Riordan will work on a graphic novel that uses fiction and autobiography to address mortality and personal trauma.

2010 Project Award

Riordan will document the remains of gas stations along the Alaska Highway.
