Elizabeth Dickinson joined Rasmuson Foundation in May 2026 as the Director of Grants Management, bringing with her 15 years of grant administration experience across nonprofit, higher education, and tribal organizations. At the Foundation, she overseesthe grantmaking lifecycle and provide internal expertise. She most recently worked as the Managing Director of Grants for Catholic Social Services.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University, Bloomington. A graduate of the Alaska Humanities Forum’s Leadership Anchorage program, she enjoys connecting with and supporting community through her service on the Academic Policy Committee at Aquarian Charter School.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and you can often find her running a half marathon or throwing weights around a CrossFit gym.
