Jennifer Rose
Senior Grants Management Associate
Jennifer Rose started as a grants management associate for Rasmuson Foundation in October 2023. In May 2026, she was promoted to senior grants management associate.
She came to the Foundation with over 15 years of community investment experience with state, federal, and corporate contexts. Jennifer has managed portfolios that encompassed capital support, general program efforts that focused on environmental social governance, education, health and social services, civic impact, and the arts. Jennifer has coordinated several Spirit of Conservation grant awards and ensured careful management of employee engagement through volunteerism efforts. She has also worked diligently to encourage community education and information sharing.
Military life brought Jennifer to Alaska with her family over thirty years ago. Jennifer attended the University of Alaska Anchorage and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Communications. She also has a Master of Arts in Management, with a focus in Human Resources, which she earned from Wayland Baptist University.
Jennifer has proudly served on the Camp Fire Alaska Board of Directors and volunteers frequently for her daughter’s school.
Jennifer spends free time with her family: husband and daughter. She is an avid reader, enjoys baking and long walks, and she eagerly awaits summer each year.
