2025 Project Award

Keeley Boyle plans to complete an EP of original music about her grandparents and their shared experiences living in Nikiski, full of music, books, canoe rides, family hockey on Kidney Lake and much laughter. Boyle is writing songs to capture their stories and the gift of their love, time and attention. She plans to tour her new work around Alaska and the lower 48’s west coast.

When asked what she would like the public to know, Boyle responded, “I am a mother, singer songwriter, and poet from Kenai, Alaska. I am lucky to have grown up in such a supportive and extraordinarily musical community, and can’t wait to share my new work with my friends and family there.”
