LeeAnn Garrick
Chief Operating Officer
LeeAnn Garrick joined Rasmuson Foundation as the Chief Operating Officer in December 2025. Serving in leadership roles for Alaska Tribal entities for the past 25 years, she has had the opportunity to support individuals and families, communities, and Tribes through new construction and infrastructure projects, programs to assist individuals and families, and funding opportunities to expand Tribal and rural healthcare.
Garrick is a member of the Kenaitze Indian Tribe and a CIRI shareholder. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Arts, and a Master of Public Administration, all from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She received an ATHENA award in 2023 and contributed to the Safe Streets and Trails priorities as part of Anchorage Mayor LaFrance’s transition team in 2024.
Garrick serves on the Covenant House Alaska Board and is a trustee emeritus for Alaska Pacific University. Of all her community service, she is most proud of being a decade-long Girl Scouts of Alaska Troop Leader for her daughter’s troop.
She resides in Anchorage with her wonderful husband, Lincoln, and teenage daughter, Iris Bloom. They love to explore the outdoors, play with their husky, and enjoy all that Alaska has to offer.
