
Lindsay Hammer
Program Officer
Lindsay Hammer joined Rasmuson Foundation in October 2024 as Program Officer.
Lindsay grew up in Homer. Apart from her time attending college in the East Coast, she’s called Alaska her home. She joins the Foundation from the State of Alaska Division of Public Health where, most recently, she’s been developing partnerships with school districts and health providers to expand school-based health clinics. She has broad experience in public health, adolescent behavioral health and health outcomes, and youth suicide and substance abuse prevention, including programmatic and clinical work at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) and Providence Alaska Children’s Hospital. She also owns a contracting business that provides grant proposal evaluation for several federal grant offices. Lindsay is a licensed clinical social worker, with a master’s degree in social work from UAA.
