Raymond Voley  plans to research and film an hour-long documentary about the role Copper River red salmon plays in the Ahtna region’s art, health, history, culture and economy. He will interview members of primary user groups – commercial, subsistence and sport harvesters – as well as historians, economists, biologists, and cultural experts to round out the conversation about the importance of red salmon in Alaska.

When asked what he would like the public to know, Voley responded, “I am a passionate videographer dedicated to telling stories about Alaska’s unique people, culture, and issues.”
