Rebecca Parker has dedicated the past 10 years of her life to the Anchorage Senior Activity Center. During that time, she established a signature fundraising event and recently oversaw the implementation of a $3.2 million bond to improve the facility. Rebecca will use her sabbatical to reconnect with family and lifelong friends while traveling around Europe. Visiting old friends in Malaga will allow her to improve her Spanish for her two Spanish-speaking grandsons. She also plans to travel to Ireland to visit her daughter.
