Organization Description

IAC provides programs to intervene and prevent domestic violence, sexual assault, suicide, and other violent crimes that negatively impact our community and the surrounding interior villages.

During my sabbatical, I discovered many strengths in my staff members that I did not know were there. In planning for the future, I now try to make sure that all my management staff are cross-trained to ensure that it one of us left quickly someone else would be able to cover.
